Our Guarantee

All New (One Trip) Conex containers sold by American Conex include a TEN YEAR WARRANTY. 

 

The warranty covers the following defects: Failure of the original manufacturers components or materials due to poor workmanship or premature deterioration of components and materials. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace the faulty component or material. The shipping container is guaranteed to remain wind and water tight for a period of ten years from the date of manufacture.

 

The warranty does not cover shipping containers that have been modified from the original condition. Ordinary wear and tear, abnormal use or misuse of the product, adhesion failure of added coatings, paints, stickers, prints or decals. Structural defects due to overloading, improper stacking or lifting, damage or defects caused in whole or in part by fire, flood, extreme weather conditions such as hail, wind, snow & ice, any other acts of nature, any alterations or modifications, vandalism, negligence, or any other like causes that are beyond the control American Conex Corporation are not covered, but will be assessed on a case by case basis.

 

All used cargo worthy (CWO) grade and wind and water tight (WWT) grade containers are guaranteed to be structurally sound and water tight for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

 

American Conex reserves the right to request photos, perform inspections and carry out appropriate repairs as deemed necessary.
